I love this film. What a small piece of gem. It's achingly heartbreaking, it's realistic and I love the sharp dialogue. If you think the people behind Brokeback Mountain did all they can to squeeze every ounce of emotions out of you, then you're in for real treat. There was never a moment forced, just slowly and subtlety drawn you into the the lives. When the ending came, I felt I was there, longing to give them the forlorn a hug. For all those of you who ever felt "what it might have been", go and see this film to relieve these memories. The chemistry is real, the performances are top notch. Didn't give it a 5 stars because, why is it an independent film have to feel like an independent film? Odd camera angles, awkward silences and just deliberately graphic to make it real?
For all the heartbreaking moments, I felt inspired to love wholeheartedly.
