18th birthday party

Im looking to have an 18th birthday in november party preferably in a bar/club/lounge/hall type area and also in like the south west of london, ideally I would like it to be a private party but it would only be about 30 - 60 people but the only problem is some of the guests wont be 18 yet but they will be turning 18 soon so I need a place who wont be too fussy with age if its a private party.
Any replies would be really helpful thankyoux
