I always venture to the Roundwood Park firework display! its a real guy fawkes night- falling on November the 5th, remember remember! and its free to all. it really is a great occasion, there is something for everyone and i cant recommend it highly enough.

Not been to a firework show in London before, but am trying the Kingston show this year. its at the athletics stadium i think, and weve been told very good things about it :)

i have always gone to blackheath fireworks display thats really good starts at 8 and fins at 8.45 this year it is on the 8th which is on a sat a good tip for every1 if u r thinking of coming get there at 6pm to get a good spot cause if it is anything like last year there was over 30,000 people there.
it is all free best to use train,bus or tube dont bring ur cars roads r closed at 6pm hope to see u there
and remeber

They're all run by that area's council so it really depends where you live. I wouldn't bother venturing farther than your nearest one as they are all pretty much the same format. Bonfire, stay back, kid with sparklers, it's a bit chilly, buy an overpriced hotdog, when are they starting, ooh here they come, woooo, woooo, aaaah, aaaah, let's try and find the car/pub now.

It´s not in London but I went to Leeds Castle once... Amazing place and fireworks show, with music, fair, etc.... very, very nice...

Sounds like there is lots going on! where is Leeds Castle? Im going to guess its not in Leeds as lots of the British castles always seem to be named after places thay are nowhere near!

@faithnirvana your post is hilarious! it sums up what fireworks is all about haha
This year I'm taking my two year old daughter and it'll be her first. Ideally I'm trying to find somewhere that won't involve too much travel from a car park.
Any suggestions?
