I have been quizzing myself to wheater a restaurant G.M. by the law can tell you to leave the premises upon visiting a member of the staff. I find that unless a contract of the employee states and signed that no friends and family are allowed, the G.M. should not not take such actions.
Does anyone know any website where I can verify this procedure where the law states the answers to my question.
I am not trying to push charges or anything alike, but I would love to find a print out, so if I am right, I can educate this person avoiding repeating the same procedure, and perhaps learn for future occasions.
