From the trailer I thought that it was going to be a bit like that Radiohead video when all the people in the street end up lying on the ground for some non-apparent reason.

I read a lot of bad stuff about it and decided it was going to be a load of badly acted pretentious tosh. Was I right or did I miss a really good film?

I think I won't bother wasting my cash going to the cinema. I'll wait until I can rent it for £2.50 from the local library, then be less finicially disappointed. I'll let you know then - that way only one of us has wasted our hard earned.

I went to see the happening with my girlfriend and was winding her up in the car over to the cinema telling her how scared she'd be but it was me that was hiding behind the chairs- scary stuff and worth a watch!

I liked the village too, although I did guess the twist pretty early on.

It's a good film as long as you don't take the reason for everyone killing themselves too seriously... I won't say what it is in case you still haven't seen it haha.

But if you watch it for different reasons, it's not too bad! It has both Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel in (who I LOVE) and lots of gory, but quite realistic death scenes mixed in with the tension of never knowing who might die next!

Worth a watch, especially now that's it probably really cheap to buy from Amazon or something :)
