The Edinburgh Military Tattoo is one of the most colourful, most spectacular events in the world. Held every August on the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh Military Tattoo features performers from the four corners of the globe, filling the night air with music, light, fireworks and exciting action.

The Castle hospitality packages offer you and your guests the unique opportunity to get to the very heart of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo, with not only premier seats, but also the finest hospitality in the historic castle itself.

The Queen Anne Room – Edinburgh Castle Hospitality

This exclusive offering allows your clients the chance to enjoy drinks and canapés on the North Terrace, followed by a three-course banquet served in the historically themed Queen Anne Room at the very heart of Edinburgh castle. Your party will then enjoy the unique backstage experience, as they are personally escorted through the Castle grounds where the performers are warming up prior to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo performances. You are then led across the Esplanade to your premier seats in the East Stand.

Jacobite Room – Edinburgh Castle Hospitality

You will enjoy drinks and canapés on the Castle Terrace next to the legendary One O’clock Gun. This is then followed by supper in the Jacobite Room, with its stunning views over Princes Street, the New Town and beyond.

As with the Queen Anne experience, your party will be personally escorted through the Castle grounds, where the performers are warming up prior to the Edinburgh Military Tattoo performances, and on through the portcullis to your seats in the Castle-facing East Stand.

Edinburgh Castle Private Dining

For this 2008 Edinburgh Military Tattoo event, The Queen Anne Room may be reserved exclusively for a minimum of 60 guests and a maximum of 90, or the adjacent Ante Room can host 20 guests. Private dining is possible for between 80 and 90 guests in the Jacobite Room.
