Summer Swing Hospitality – VIP Dining Package
Arrive early for chilled Champagne, followed by dinner with fine wines and exquisite catering. After your musical feast, this spectacular fireworks display over the Temperate House will provide an excellent finale to your evening. Private tables are guaranteed for 8 – 12 guests, with smaller parties accommodated on shared tables. Private units with gardens are available for minimum 30 guests.

Experiences the atmosphere Summer Swing as the evening acts warm up, enjoying chilled Champagne and an array of canapés within the hospitality garden area and private bar, reserved exclusively for guests.
Summer Swing hospitality packages includes:-
Early admission to Summer Swing at Kew from 6.00 pm
Reservation within the Kew Club or Kew Pavilion for a minimum of 30 guests
Summer Swing programme per person
Champagne and canapé reception
Pre-show first class dinner from 6:45 pm
Fine wines, coffee, port & brandy
Complimentary bar throughout the evening, (excluding champagne) from 6:45 pm
Access to the Summer Swing hospitality garden area with views of the stage

Hostesses in attendance to ensure the smooth running of the evening
Summer Swing is an outside concert and clients may have to stand to view the stage from the reserved Summer Swing hospitality garden area. The public viewing area in front of the stage is just a short stroll from the marquees, where the real enthusiasts at Summer Swing can party the night away!
