Just got home from a one night's stay at this hotel. Having read not too good reviews, I thought that given it was for one night, I would be happy so long as it were clean.



I have to tell you then that there was not a fault I could find with this great hotel from the man on the information desk taking us to reception to check in, to yet another polite member of staff checking us out. Maybe it has a lot to do with getting a free upgrade to an executive room which had a living area bigger than ours at home.



Also the staff were so polite and helpful and the breakfast was great with so many options.
We went to see an afternoon theatre show and upon returning to our room found that we had been left fresh fruit, chocolates and water along with a card telling us to enjoy our stay at the Le Meridien.



By far the best hotel we have stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot. It just goes to show that not all reviews are correct. I suppose it depends on your own personal views, and like us if you don't go there expecting too much after the reviews we read then you also will find it fantastic.
