I came to London for a business conference and stayed at the Park Plaza County Hall and couldn’t have had a better experience unless I stayed in my own home.

I came by railway and the location of the hotel was extremely convenient for the tube lines and train lines at Westminster. Also, I had quite a bit of down time in between meetings and was able to walk along the Thames and see the big sites (Big Ben, London Eye etc.) without having to take a cab. I stayed in a nice room on one of the higher floors and so I had a beautiful view of the London Eye which I especially enjoyed at night when it was all lit up blue. The rooms also had a large desk space which was very useful with the amount of work I needed to finish.

The staff was extremely friendly and the concierge told me a lot of local places to eat. However, I ended up at the Spectrum restaurant in the hotel and was thrilled to find the food was excellent and the atmosphere enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone and plan to stay here on my next business (or pleasure) travel to London.
