Firstly this isn't a hotel it is students halls of residence. We stayed in a twin room with en suite in a basement room The room and en suite were very clean. However the room was very small and at first I felt a bit claustrophobic as the window although full length was made to open just about 6 inches only for security purposes. The room didn't overlook Hyde Park or Princes Gardens which to be truthful were just grass and trees and nothing special to look at. Also there wasn't a T. V. In the room although first night that didn't bother us as we were going to the theatre second night it did and was missed. The cooked breakfast is included and very good for the price but you do have to walk across the road to get it as the meal is served in the students common room so you need to queue and it's also inside the college buildings and there were also staff and students using the 'canteen' at the time, also you do have to cook your own toast if you want some although it is included in the price. Students bar offers a decent meal in the evening at a very favourable price and beers etc. Are also cheap. All in all good for the price and adequate, but if I went anywhere again I'd pay a bit more and stay in a proper hotel because this isn't and shouldn't really be described as one.
