I stopped at the Berkeley Hotel for 3 days at the end of June and don't have anything nice to say about this experience. Guests are not special to the hotel, no value for the money. But it is a 5 star establishment.



Especially about Room Attendants. Maids are doing Butlers' jobs. They are carrying in their trolleys bottles of water and clean glasses together with dirty linen, towels and rubbish bags. All it in one trolley! So, they are touching these clean glasses with their hands after dirty linen. And some guests are drinking from these glasses afterwards. Have you seen such kind of things in other hotels?
