London's Ivy Restaurant, the obvious choice for celebrities who want to be seen by the paparazzi, was visited by Kelly Brook, who seemed to have a subtle something to tell the world.

The dazzling model and presenter flashed the engagement ring on-off boyfriend Billy Zane gave her, revealing a change of heart as she had not worn it since the couple reunited last month.

Kelly was careful to pose for the photographers so that the glittering ring would be in the picture and her smile in front of the West End eatery was equally dazzling.

And, while her display has sparked rumours that her wedding to the Titanic actor may be back on, Brook may also be happy about the possibility of reappearing on Strictly Come Dancing.

She pulled out of the show last year after her father died, but, according to the Daily Star, could be making a return this year.
