England fly-half Jonny Wilkinson has admitted despite his years of experience he will never truly be happy with his performances on the rugby field.
Speaking to website
inthenews.co.uk after England's 30-17 win against Wales in the Six Nations, Wilkinson said every time he plays he leaves the pitch knowing there are areas of his game he wants to improve on.
Discussing the performance on Saturday, he said: "Every area [of England's game] needs to move forward.
"I need to look at the decision-making I made, the game management, direction… I need to look at my kicking, passing.
"Every time I play there are things I want to do better."
The 30-year-old admitted though he was now much more prepared to step back from games and look at the overall picture.
"It's good to think we prepared hard for a game [against Wales] and it was a good result which we can carry through… it was a job well done," he added.
