Sandown Park kicks off a summer of fantastic flat racing with the Betfair Brigadier Gerard Stakes Evening on Thursday 29th May.

The Betfair evening is the racecourses best kept secret; it’s the highest quality flat race evening meeting ever staged in this country. The meeting provides the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind with friends and family at the end of a busy day, watching some cracking flat racing as the sun sinks slowly over the Surrey Countryside.

This year, the racecourse will groove to live jazz from Fulham’s renowned 606 Club during the evening and after the last race - a fitting conclusion to a terrific evening of classic sport and music.

Racegoers also have the chance of joining James Nathan, the winner of the BBC TWO hit series MasterChef , for one night only in the Tingle Creek restaurant where you have the chance to sample his culinary delights first hand.

This is the first time that the racecourse and their catering and hospitality company, Sodexo Prestige, have invited a high profile chef to the racecourse to work alongside their team. Guests will be in for a treat as they not only enjoy an evening of high quality horse racing but also get the chance to taste some winning dishes and get the chance to meet James.

Advance tickets for this evening start at £15, with 10% off for groups of 11 or more.
