I have found 2 long term boyfriends (not at the same time!) from this bar, so I owe a lot to it.

It is friendlier than the others. It has a good happy hour before 10pm, every night, where yu can buy a double+mixer for £2.80.

The toilets have been cleaned up big time, no more sleaze there, which, in hindsight is a good thing. Although I had some fun there over the years.

Music mainly 80's-90's, not too loud. Pool table available. Also have occasional drag acts, and weekly karioke. So in all a dynamic, friendly bar.

79 CXR unusual gay bar as it has a straight feel to it. Open late - till 3am It's around £3 to get in depending on the time, but you get a raffle ticket which is worth £2 at the bar!



Very cruisy gay crowd - mostly men. All different types of guys go in here. Girls tend to get stared at even if accompanied by a fella.



Friendly place and people tend to talk to each other!



Lots of guys hanging around in the loos so be careful of unwanted attention.
