What can I say... There are a lot of African/Caribbean restaurants in London, but this is by far the best yet!! Nothing like this in East London...!Femi the Manager is brilliant, and so were the waitresses! It was my mum’s birthday, and they were absolutely brilliant!! Great atmosphere and great food! Will definitely be going back soon!!And they do take away too!!!
Brilliant! We were a party of 5 ranging from ages 17 to 78 and we all had an amazing time! We all loved the food and the service is second to none....would highly recommend for all ages!!
This restaurant was recommended to me by a work colleague. I had a mini family reunion dinner there on Saturday 22nd November 2008.
The ambience is lovely. It has a tropical ambience but with a modern twist in terms of its decor and furniture layout.
We were greeted by the warm and bubbly personality of Femi, The General Manager. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service as did her waiter and waitress.
Myself and another family member had Snapper fish fillet with rice and peas and someone else had ackee and saltfish. Both dishes were delicious. The restaurant was very accommodating when we asked them to take out the hot scotch bonnet peppers. The desserts and the various mixtures of tropical drinks were equally lovely.
The prices were reasonable and I would personally recommend this restaurant and would also visit again.

he venue is adequate and the food was wonderful.
The service was abit slow (but made up for it in the finger licking food!).
My only gripe is the portions are small - the salmon and macaroni cheese should be bigger (I was still hungry after eating the small portion presented on the large plate).
However, I will go back again - the ambiance was relaxing and the company I was in was effervescent as ever!

On a wet bank holiday we were looking for a bit of sunshine and we found it here:
as soon as we stepped in the staff made us feel welcome.
We loved the ambience; old skool tunes in the background, food your mum would be proud of. Each dish had a home cooked feel about it. the staff were so friendly and the service impeccable.
loved it! loved it! loved it!
attended this place for my birthday with about twenty people.
Food was superb! The service went above and beyond our expectations- Excellent value!!! THE RUM PUNCH is the best I've ever tasted.
We gave the chef and management a well deserved standing ovasion.
I have to go back again and again!!!!!!!!!!!
We all do!!!
You know you've had a good night out when it's not jsut the food that off the scale but the service and the cost as well. I loved it. Every bit of it. The food, just like my mama used to make it. The service, just like my wife during the honeymoon period. One fault though, when you cook that good, you should provide bedding for us who don't want to go home. 5 star.
