I had my bag ransacked and valuables stolen while inside the All Bar One (Shad Thames) eatery, simultaneously with another couple who had their bag stolen. Staff were dismissive about it at first and rude afterwards, and ended up telling lies to get rid of me.

The whole experience suggested that they were well aware of what was going on. You would be better off avoiding the chain and going for places with more character and quality. I would have given them a negative score if the option existed.
