Really surprised to see the poor reviews. Maybe I got lucky the few times I've been.

I thought there was a nice city hustle about the place and the staff were really helpful, even taking drinks order at our table when they had a chance even though we weren't dining. Even the manager was taking the time to walk the floor and help out at the bar when it was busy.

On the one occassion I did dine there I ate from the little dishes section. The squid was great and the portions were good too.

Well, that's just my opinion.

Oh dear, where can I start? I have been here on a number of occasions and have never been that impressed with the place - very boring, impersonal place. Noise levels are deafening, bar and waiting staff are as pleasant as they can be but are obviously overstretched.

Packed full of city workers at lunch time and even younger city workers at night, which is not a problem for some but nice to get a variety of clientele every now and then.

Food and drink very average. There are far better bars with more atmoshere in this area

Now I've never been a fan of All Bar One's. It's like drinking in a big old fashioned Victorian schoolroom. But they've just done this All Bar One up and I reckon it's worth a visit. Beers on tap are Pride and Bass. Or if you fancy a lager then you'll be hard pushed to find such a diverse draught selection as Amstel, Staropramen, Erdinger, Leffe or Carling Black Label. Worth a visit without doubt.
