This place has potential perhaps but it would be helped greatly if they could be bothered to pick up their phone.

Went there 1st time with my GF, had a great time. Tried going back, myself + 11 guests and found staff on the phone money hungry and unwilling to compromise with me.
They gave very poor customer service and weren't listening to what I had to say. One manager said "I don't see why I should do that as nothings gone wrong." I asked her why does something have to go wrong for you to give me good service. She didn't reply.

Apparently due to forced change by the council, a membership can only hold +5, a change that had been forced by Westminster council. I decided to do a bit of investigating , spoke to the senior Westminster licensing service man and they said there was nothing of the sort on file for All Star Lanes. They said it seems as if they were just trying to extract money from me by forcing me to buy another high roller membership. Even some of my guests just wanted to be on the premises, chilling at the bar or maybe snacking.

All Stars is a nice building, everything's new clean but just hope that you don't have to interact with staff. They're just after your wallet, which probabaly explains everthing being new, and the fact that they're willing to lie and change membership terms and conditions without giving any notice doesn't go down well with me. From front of house staff, to managers to senior managers its as if the company policy is on money.

If you're looking 4somewhere expensive to bowl then choose her, if your looking for memories for your birthday it's not worth the disappointment.

A beautiful place but in my opinion, fake. Such a shame.

Had a work do here recently and the place is like a classic American retro alley - I like it when proprietors pay attention to detail, it really adds to the experience.
