Visited yesterday for the Gospel Music Brunch, fantastic venue, faultless food and service. They make you very welcome the moment you arrive, and the music of the London Gospel Choir is very uplifting. The Soul Food menu is generous, I particularly recommend the rack of ribs (massive and juicy) and the barbeque chicken is delicious. Be careful though, because the delicious variety of breads and the generous mains means you will struggle when the irresistible dessert menu arrives, peanut butter and chocolate brownie, waffles with cream, ice cream and fresh berries, authentic New York Cheesecake.... you will be struggling I promise you. All washed down with a very impressive choice of wines, and good coffee or tea too! A real Sunday event, hard to find nowadays, and well worth a visit.

I went to the Gospel brunch with my family on this Sunday just gone. It was an amazing experience, such a great atmosphere, superb views and huge portions of excellent food.

The amount of food was insane! first off you get a heap of different types of bread. Careful though - eat too much and you definitely wont make it through the rest of the meal. I had the ribs after being recommended them by the waitress - she said they were massive but still really nice and she was not wrong.

Dessert was delicious as well I had the cheesecake - couldn't manage it all but enjoyed what I had!

The gospel singers were amazing - a real mix of classic gospel, modern covers and pop classics like Bob Marley and the Beatles.
It was an amazing experience overall and I recommend it - especially if you like gospel music and huge amount of food!

Oh and the views - amazing - as good as the London Eye if not better.

We booked a table for four to go to the Alitude bar for New Years Eve and were hugely dissapointed. The tickets were already expensive at £150 each but we thought we would pay an extra £300 for a table which included a bottle of champagne and a waitress service. The table was tiny (not suitable for four people) with bar stools. The champagne came to our table already opened, warm and without an ice bucket. Waitress service was not included unless purchasing full bottles of spirits! To buy any drinks you had to purchase drink tokens which were non-refundable and we were not informed of this before hand, so that ment someone had to go from the 28th floor down to the ground floor to purchase these. there was no cold white wine available and drinks were served in plastic cups. The buffet that was on was really average and not alot of it. The whole place came across rather tacky nothing special at all and no where near worth the £900 we paid. I would advise anybody looking to go there avoid it, it really is not worth the money. in my oppinion they completly missold the whole evening and were deliberatley misleading. I feel we have been robbed!Do not waste your money!!!!!

Went with a group of friends to Altitude last night for NYE and we weren't disappointed. The views across London were absolutely amazing, then watching the fireworks from that height, well there is just no words!! The food served was great and the staff were friendly and seemed to be in the spirit of things. Not a cheap night, but certainly one I will remember!!!

Amazing night! What a wicked view. Great people, great times. What do I do with these tokens though?

Deeply deeply disappointing. Given the rather extortionate price I would expect a bit of luxury. I have been for afternoon tea all over London and this was by far the most expensive and worst.

We were sat for half an hour before anyone even bothered to take our drink order (and then only because I went to find someone). It was well over an hour before our sandwiches etc arrived. Our tea when it eventually came out was cold and had to be sent back. Although the sandwiches were acceptable (but pretty average) there were 3 scones between two people and the cakes were not a patch on some of the afternoon teas I've had elsewhere.

There was also meant to be a dress code so I expected both the place and the people to be smart. Despite this there were some people in tracksuits. I don't mind what people choose to wear, but if you have a dress code it says something about your venue, so enforce it.

On top of this the toilets were in a disgusting state, and despite telling the staff that the bins were overflowing and there wasn't any toilet paper, they were in exactly the same state when I went back again.

When you compare this to afternoon tea at the likes of Brumus (which is amazing) it's not even worth considering Altitude. Save your money and your sanity and AVOID.

Went for afternoon tea at Altitude 360 today and thoroughly disappointed! Some of the sandwiches were dry, there were 3 scones between 2 of us and the cakes were very poor. Uninspiring and they didn't taste very nice. When we asked if we could have a couple more sandwiches we were told we would have to pay which I've never had to do anywhere else (and at an extortionate price of £10 for 8!). The tablecloth was dirty with obvious tea stains and my friend didn't have a knife, having to take one from the next table.

It was the most stingy afternoon tea I have ever had and we were in and out in less than an hour! I had planned to take my niece but after today's experience there's no way. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Altitude 360 is one of the greatest places that I've ever been to. I frequently travel back and forth between the US and London and I always have to stop in to have the breakfast at Altitude 360. The view is spectacular. Not only that - the service is excellent. I recommend the bread and butter pudding with chocolate sauce and their selection of desserts. Altitude is an amazing place, not to mention, they have a big plasma screen that they show images of London on. Sweet, I say.
