We just celebrated our work Christmas event at apartment 195 on the 16th December. I had to write a review as this place needs to be noted as one of the best places on the Kings Road!! We were impressed firstly by Lee the events manager who went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the venue and what they had to offer, being in the middle of the credit crunch Lee taylor made a menu and package to suit us (now thats good service!!).
On the night the staff were professional, attentive, but yet still fun and a good laugh, no stuffiness or pretentiousness in this venue!!
We opted for a mixture of canapes and platters and we couldn't be happier, there was food a plenty, and drinks kept flowing all night. If you looking for a venue for your next party of work corporate event we couldn't shout about apartment 195 enough!!

I celebrated my 30th birthday event a few weeks ago at apartment 195, the staff were incredible from start to finish, great food, great cocktails and they even helped organise a guest list for the after party!! I will definately be coming back again!

This has to be my favourite little hideaway it always feels very exclusive and you really need to know where you are going to find this little gem. Once you’re inside the service is friendly and the cocktails are incredible. Great venue for a special occasion.

Dear Annoymous 9/10/08.

We pride ourselves on great service, which is friendly down to earth and nothing is deemed impossible to make our clients day. Whilst you have remianed annonymous I do know who you are, as I am the events manager you are referrring to. Our christmas preview events are an oportunity for our valued clients and guests to come along enjoy a complimentary cocktail or champagne, as well as nibble on some of our delicious canapes and discuss with our event managers the great events we can create, im sorry if you felt we didnt meet your expectations on this occasion and I would be more than happy to invite you back so that I can endeavour to change your opion on our beatiful venue, i hope to welcome you back soon, with kind regards Lee Cleal. Group Sales & Event Manager.

Apartment 195 is a very classy bar indeed. You feel quite elite walking through the doors of Apartment 195 and the service and drinks are so good they support this notion. Although, at £100 for 2 bottles of wine and a platter of nibbles (about 12 pieces of food), you'd really want the service to be brilliant!

If I could give this bar a lower rating I would. I was invited to an event to showcase the venue as we were considering it for a work event.

We arrived for 6pm and they were't ready. They told us to go away for 20 minutes. It's very hard to recommend a party organiser who can't start on time.

In short, people were rude. Service poor. It wasn't an event - it was a ploy to get people there.

I can honestly say I would never recommend this bar to anyone and I certainly wouldnt' host an event there.
