We went here for a birthday celebration and this is definitely one of London's best hidden secrets. None of our guests had been to Archer St before and everyone was really impressed. We were on the main level which has beautiful french style furniture and we had an area set aside for our party. Loved that the wait staff are so attentive (table service) and that they are also very talented singers - now and again they take to the mic and sing a tune. Sounds corny but it's not at all, they are very impressive. Cocktails are fabulous and for your guests who prefer more of a club/bar atmosphere, they can head downstairs to the other bar which is equally great. Agree with previous comments - like a private members club but without the hassle of joining up and without the cost. Looking forward to going back!

I went to Archer Street Cocktail Bar a few weeks ago for my birthday drinks. A great success of a cocktail bar! The drinks were mixed really well, with good tasting cocktails. We also had enough space for all of my guests, to either sit or stand around the table that I had booked.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and served the drinks efficiently. The downstairs bar is a sort of mix between a bar and a club - some people were dancing and others just drinking. Upstairs, there is a complimentary cloakroom which was fab, so we gave a nice tip to the guy running it.

Will definitely be going back, love it!!

Wow, this Cocktail Lounge has to be one of London's best kept secrets!Archer Street has all the quality and vibes of an exclusive members club but with one massive benefit, there's no crazily expensive membership fee!!!Archer Street is perfectly situated just off the beaten track, tucked behind London's Shaftesbury Avenue but right in the middle of theatreland. The interior is mega stylish with plenty of space in between tables and sofas unlike many of Soho's bars. You can expect top table service from the talented staff who take to the mike from time to time to treat you to a tune, they'll even lend you a blanket to keep you warm if you pop out for a smoke! This has to be the perfect venue to host a party, from a small booth for an intimate group to an entire floor.I think I might have really enjoyed my night in Archer Street, looking forward to going back!!!

This has only recently opened up but it is a real gem. Beautiful interior and lovely sit down areas combine with friendly table service and a great selection of wines and cocktails.

Beware - you do pay above average for this experience but it'll be worth if one of the staff start singing (which has happened a couple of times there).

Enjoy!
