As one of the new generation of Irish emigrants, I was a bit disappointed with the Archway Tavern. Didn't at all live up to its billing as the Irish pub in London - my pal who reminisced about watching World Cup '94 in there was equally gutted. Barman was dead on, clientele a bit chav, but the beer at the Archway Tavern was OK.
