Only really visit the Arts Bar & Grill when I'm staying at the Ramada Jarvis for business. The service is typically efficient as you'd expect, and the food is generally pretty good. Art's Bar and Grill is good, but it wouldn't be my bar of choice if I wasn't staying there.
