I was at the Imperial London Hotel last week and, as it was a shocking day outside, decided to spend a few hours at the Atrium Lounge, at least until the weather cleared. Service was second to none, but unfortunately there was a rowdy group of foreign businessman that soured my experience of the Atrium Lounge.
