I agree with the other reviews, this used to be a fun bar for a cocktail and great service. Unfortunately it's become a bit too successful and so the good service and drinks that made it great have been replaced by passive-aggressive bar staff who'd rather dick around and laugh at you than serve you. The new staff have lost the charm and enjoy making you feel like an outsider. Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy being insulted

the staff are proffesional, friendly and welcoming. However if you go back sometimes they cant remember who you are-which makes me think they were just doing it to get a tip or something.

Sometimes its gets a bit overcrowded hoever in the summer its nice to stand outside and drink your cocktail.

B@1 is fab and I love it! I found B@1 by accident last summer and been several times since. I don't work near this bar and it's not on my route home but If I'm out for the night in central London I always go here first. It just gets you in the mood for a great night.

The music is brilliant, especially when the staff get on the bar to dance. It has a happy hour usual time after 5, buy one cocktail get one free, and they are also great. I have been looking for a bar like B@1 for years and I hope it stays around for many more. Just pop in and you’ll see what I mean.

I absolutely love this bar! Good atmosphere, good tunes and friendly, fun bar staff that go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying yourself. The cocktails are amazing!!

What a find - a central London bar that manages to combine the good things about a cocktail bar with the atmosphere of your local pub. This is what Covent Garden has been waiting for - a bar to suit many tastes and perfect for the pre-theatre crowd (even though it is a great place to spend the evening). When you go, take some time to speak to the bar staff - they are friendlier than you'll find in most central London venues.
