this place was great to watch the football during euro 08. was pretty busy when i went so the atmosphere was electric. beer was a little on the pricey side but not too bad.

The Balham Tup is a great pub - excellent quiz on a Sun night. Brilliant atmosphere when football on, but would agree that it is quite expensive. Twice the price of the Wetherspoons around the corner.

The Balham Tup is a lot bigger than it looks. No real atmostphere although I was there on a quiet Sunday afternoon.

It has several plasma screens, a huge projector-screen TV for the sport and a small pool table.

The main letdown here was the absurdly expensive drink. £5.80 for two pints of CARLING. Jesus, you can get two pints of Stella or Kronenburg for less than that in most places!
