I have been coming to this Bar for over 10 years, first when it was a great sports bar and now as a great cocktail bar! The music is awesome and the guest DJs always provide music which makes for an electric evening! Have introduced many a friend to this bar and each one has raved about it to their friends. The martini's are sublime and really the only thing to drink there. The staff on a whole are friendly, yet At certain times of the evening ( I think when the other bars have shut) have had to wait rather a long time to be served (which is fair enough) and then when served, the barman was rather surly! Maybe he was having an off day, but I wasn't overly impressed on that occasion -seeing as the vibe that is promoted is laid back and friendly- however it wont stop me or my girls from going back there! A great Earlsfield gem! Needs a twin in SW11!!

Being a small town girl living in the big smoke the idea of venturing in to central London for a night out daunts me...so it’s a good thing that this little bar in Earlsfield offers all the essentials for a great girls night out!

Bar 366 is a funky, unpretentious cocktail bar with charming bar staff who know their stuff, eclectic decor (what girl doesn’t love mirrors, chandeliers and candles?!) and Dj’s that are easy on the eye and even better on the ear!

The girls and I have spent many a night in 366 and I think it’s safe to say we’ve become big fans of Dirty Martinis, Eduardo (the manager!) burlesque, electro swing and grind music...not something I could’ve said a year ago when 366 was a sports bar!

The only down side is the 1am bar queue! Being the only late bar in Earlsfield it does get busy when the others kick out – but it’s a temporary rush and hey, perhaps the queue is just another chance to get up close and personal with friends you haven’t met yet!

So with great cocktails, beautiful people (I’ve scored two dates there recently! ;-)) and top tunes – why wouldn’t you want to visit this bar?!

Having decided to give Bar 366 another crack of the whip it seems that some improvement has been made.

Service is still slow and the prices a little over the top but the staff seem to have relaxed into the bars new identity.

Whilst it still has a tremendous vibe of 'West End try hard pretension' and the sport being played is sorely missed it has to be taken into consideration that this is very much the late bar of the area for the weekends, (which is what they seem to survive on) and we could do much worse I suppose.

I do greatly dislike the uptight pomposity with which the staff serve the customers but at least they're not rude.

In short, not a place to go out of your way for, but not necessarily the worst place to end up

What a great little bar with amazing cocktails, but boy does it get busy!

The staff are excellent, I only wish it was bigger inside, but I still had a great time and would most definitely recommend it.

Music was also good.

I popped into Bar 366 last night and really enjoyed the Jazz band and had a cocktail made by Eduardo and loved it. I had the Parma Violet one, amazing! I love the new decor and think it is exactly what Earlsfield needed.

I will be back.

Always a shame when review sites become areas for biased argument and name bashing. Bar 366 has a long reputation as a friendly local, and also as the prime late night venue for the area.A bold new step will always be met with mixed opinion and it seems a shame that people run to put-down an idea before giving it time to adjust. So it may not be what it used to be, but things are never done without a reason, so perhaps a change is what was in order.Earlsfield is a changing area in itself as it continues to grow, with an increasing number of new, mostly independent businesses setting up shop here. Only by offering diversity can local businesses hope to increase the footfall for the area as a whole, and subsequently for themselves. As another local business we understand the reluctance with which people approach a new idea and can only hope that the people of Earlsfield appreciate the diversity at their doorstep and the potential it gives the locality to thrive.(please note 3 star review in interests of neutrality)

Great Bar!

I had never heard of Earlsfield but I was invited to a Birthday party at Bar 366 and immediately fell in love with the place, small cozy, friendly, quirky, good music and lots of nice punters.

It will be top of my list of bars to go when I next venture to Earlsfield.

Been here a few times and can’t say enough good things about the place. A bit deceptive from the outside as it doesn’t look that big but it’s a long building with two good sized areas either side of an ample bar.

The atmosphere is friendly - never seen any trouble here - from staff and customers alike and that is an important factor as it gets proper busy at weekends.

I’ve come here at 8pm on a Saturday and not left until kicking out; me and my friends were having such a great time we didn’t notice how long we’d been there until the bell rang!

Great venue, great music, great people. Spot on for a weekend session or a cheeky few on a school night.

Great little bar - gets really bouncing late on Saturday nights and there's a real easy going fun attitude from the bar staff! Love it, shame that there is no where else like it for weekend partying in Earlsfield !

Still my favorite bar in Earlsfield.

I went to the Halfway House for food (which was dreadfull) and then we carried on drinking in 366 and it was bouncing. The atmosphere was electric and the staff and music were brilliant.

I truied out 366 on a Wednesday night and really enjoyed the relaxed feel, it is hard to beleive that it is the same bar on a weekday.

Keep up the good work.

What a great bar. I popped in for a beer last night with a mate and ended up playing poker with James (the manager) and a few locals. It was busy and had a great atmosphere. There were also a lot of girls in there for a Tuesday night. I am going back again this Friday where I have heard it is bouncing and open until 2am.

I met some friends and we were planning on having a quietish night, we ended up getting hammered and drinking shots with the staff. Great party venue, my friend had a party here and it was awesome. Easy to get to, good cocktails and staff were unusually helpful... you even get free champers for having your do there... its on my list for places to go for my b'day... its not the biggest but open late... apparantly they also own Circle Bar in Clapham which is also really cool but even bigger so i'll defintely have it at one or the other... highly recommended... watch out for your hangovers tho!!

My friends and I love this bar, it has become the new happening place in Earlsfield. It is open until 2am on Friday and Saturday and is always full of nice people having a great time. We go in during the week where it is always busy but not rammed and you can enjoy a post work drink without getting to drunk, unless James (Bar Manager) is there where he may encourage you to drink free shots.

We really wish this place sold food!

Hollie x

Great bar.

I spent the weekend in Bar 366 again! Went on Friday and Saturday night and you never get bored. The place is busy and relaxing until about 9pm and then it becomes busy and full of cool people. It used to be a locals bar but has transformed into a great destination bar with brilliant music and better staff. The new manager is always there and makes everyone feel at home, he even gives free shots away to keep the atmosphere going.

I love Bar 366

I have just moved to Earlsfield and I now have a local.

A small but cosy bar with a fantastic atmosphere. The crowd here seemed to be interested in just having a good time. I was off the beer on the night I went so drank wine instead. The house white, a Mexican(!) Chardonnay was excellent as was the Austrian white wine I tried. Nice to see a couple of different choices on the list. My girlfriend drank the Kiwi Sauvignon which she thought was as good a white wine she had had in a bar. That's saying something...she must have drank a couple of glasses 3 nights a week for 10 years. I managed to squeeze in a cocktail towards the end of the night which was well presented and tasted great. Think I'll go back Thursday for the Mexican night which a friend recommends I need to go to. Can't wait!!

Wicked little bar just opposite Earlsfield tube. Staff there are great and really make you feel like it really is YOUR local. Always stuff going on from Poker to quizes to themed evenings.
Would be great if your new to the area and looking to meet a good crowd of fun people. The regulars are as welcoming as the staff, whoever says London is a difficult place to meet people hasnt been to 366 !

Really good place for a drink after work and/or a weekend bender!

Quiz nights and Poker afternoons are a good laugh as are the people getting involved.

Had a party here once and the staff were really helpful to make sure it was a success - happy to put up balloons/decorations and let us plug in our own IPOD.. nice touch!

Good for a pint watching the footy too... what more could you want... Oh yes and the staff are a good laugh too!

I had my Birthday party there and I was looked after very well.

I drink there during the week when it is chilled and friendly and then on Friday and Saturday it comes to life with live music, Dj's and is very busy.

The Owner Jim is awesome and is always there to help.

Keep up the good work.

366 is a really great bar, good for after-work drinks. There’s a big screen showing football and reasonably priced bar snacks. Not to mention the fantastic staff who make 366 such a pleasure to spend time in.
