what a bad bad place rubbish crowd and worst service had a better night at 108 better music much better crowd never going form again
i think this place has great potential to be something memorable in a quite dull town of enfield. lets not compare bars/clubs in enfield town as quite frankly this is the only one i would even consider visiting on the weekends. i am thinking of booking my 27th birthday here as the venue is quite nice and holds the amount of people i need. the music on a friday night is awesome and really puts you in a party mood. doesnt really pick up to around 11pm though which is fine by me as it takes me ages to get ready!! a big kiss and thumbs up from meee!x

I went to bar form for my friends bday for da first time. I have to say what an amazing night I had! Friendly crowd, great music and a very lively night. Would recommend making an appearance here to anyone. Off down there tonight also yaay!!
Ended up in Bar Form 3 times throughout the month of July, and although quite hot in there when at capacity I loved the atmosphere and tunes that were blaring through my ear-drums! Quick enough service aswel when I wanted a drink on every occasion even though the bar was packed, unlike some other local enfield pubs/bars! Off there again tonight! Woooohoo!
was unaware that bar form have live acts on most Thursday nights. this should maybe be promoted abit more as i would not have known until i walked past last Thursday night when they had two live rock bands playing. both of which were very good. the first act believed to be folly were extremely good. was a great night, so keep these acts coming please, and try and let us know!! i have since joined the bar form facebook group now to keep updated with up and coming events. this should solve this issue for me. thanks
love this place and the new look. house music and club-classics on a Friday and old skool music on a Saturday night, what more could i ask for!! always end up in here towards the end of my night and rarely lets me down. not to mention friendly workers, with a great mixed crowd. just had a private birthday party at the venue also and couldn't ask for more. thanks guys! ;)
What a disappointment to the end of my Saturday night! I went to Bar Form for a couple of drinks with my friends to finish off the night. When we walked to the bar I immediately noticed that the interior had changed to some cheesy New York style sky-line wallpaper, and the quirky seating that was once before had been replaced by some cheap looking furniture. As we ordered our drinks we found that the only cocktail menu was scribbled on a mirror in day glow pen at the other end of the bar to where we were standing. The cheap mix of alcohol didn't go down well and we left soon after. It was the first time I had been in Bar Form since under new management and it was a particular crowd similar to Club 108 in Enfield, with chart and RnB music playing. I missed the mixed genre of music and cool crowd that once existed! It seems the once fashionable and quirky local Bar Form is now gone for good! What a shame!
Oh dear what has happened to this place!
Unfortunately a change of management has brought bad times for Bar Form. Once it was filled with quirky characters sitting on quirky furniture, but now its tack on tack!
Bar Form built itself on being a place that was different from anything else in Enfield, a cool friendly crowd set in a this enchanted little bar. But unfortunately times have changed, out go the funky drinks menu, friendly staff and uniqueness which made Bar Form and in come the tacky, boring, male dominated sweat box.
Fortunately, it is right next to the train station, so do yourself a favour, jump on a train into London and avoid this place.
bar form is located in a great spot directly opposite enfield town train station. i have been to this venue maybe three times prior to new management taking over recently and have to say it was a dark and dingy place to drink. since the new owners have been in there they have transferred the place into somewhere to go to have a good night, nice vibe, friendly crowd and most importantly good drinks priced very well. the cocktails they sell at the moment are 2nd to none!! the staff do seem very friendly to me, and that includes the friendly gentlemen on the door that will greet you on your entrance. the new seating and decor is a thumbs up from me as the place is alot more bubbly and bright. and it has been alot more busier lately as aposed to afew months ago. this is definately the place me and my girls go to on a friday or saturday night, as apart from the george pub which closes at 11:30 there is nowhere else in enfield town even half decent. ps the toilets do have hand-dryers so i am not to sure as to what the previous review was all about. but hey everyone is entitled to their own opinion i guess. this place gets a 10 out of 10 from me! keep up the good work! x
Bar Form is tucked out of the way opposite Enfield Town train stationUpon entering, you’re immediately thrust into the crazy, unique little world of Bar Form. A small space on first appearances, but the lenght of the bar takes you into a space where as the night goes on chairs are pushed back and people get dancing. Mismatched chairs and sofas gives an interesting twist as large chandelier-like arty lampshades bring a warm glow. The tripped out living room style continues with bookcase wallpaper and flip down wooden seats that wouldn't seem out of place in a 1970's church.
The most impressive thing about Bar Form is that it tries hard and is not scared to give things a go. Hosting a wide range of events from DJ Competitions, fashion and film exhibitions, burlesque dancers and promoting local bands. There is always something going on and you really feel that the staff believe in it.
The drinks aren't bad either, with a good selection of imaginative cocktails and shots.... Jam dougnut is a must! There are beers on tap and the interesting spirits glistening in the low lights behind the bar. Of course not to forget the selection of retro sweets such as flying saucers and cola bottles!
Bar Form is a little gem in what is an ever depleting Enfield nightlife. I was hoping the opening of Club 108 would inject life back into the Enfield party scene however the tiresome George and dated Rattlers have come to haunt enfield.Bar Form should really be situated in the shady streets Shoreditch but thankfully it is not. Instead it offers the people of Enfield a chance to escape and enjoy a night with a fun mix of drinkers who are just out to have good night.
love it. so out of place in Enfield it's unbelieveable.
Last time I went there it was a beach inside, this time it was a 1940s/wartime event with a burlesque dancer stripping.
well worth a visit even it's just to see what crazy things are happening!
Ideal Location across the road from Enfield Town Station. Soft druggie type muisc with sofa's and expensive bottle beer. Expect to meet Jimi Hendrix in the bar.
This place looks like a bar Doctor Who might visit during one of his adventures. Not a bad place though, it's just that the words 'sore' and thumb' spring to mind.
