This is actually one of my favourite bars in London. It may seem silly, but I come down from Farringdon every few weeks just to hang out there. It is humble and authentically fun in that "relax and have a 100% better time than if you got dressed up and paid £15 for a fancy club that sucks" kind of way. The the music is great and the cocktails are right proper, too!

Bar Local is definitely one of the best bars in Clapham. It may be small, but is trendy yet not pretentious, cool but friendly, friendly bar staff, fun people and good value. This fosters a crowd who are not paranoid about bantering with strangers and enjoying the tunes thumping from the DJ. Can get crowded Thur-Sat.

Bar Local is one of the best bars I've been into. Friendly staff, Great atmosphere, good music and really nice food. Well worth a vist for a wicked night out.
