Bar Story now has the Sassoon Gallery at the back with live DJs on occasion, film nights for amateur videographers, happy hour (buy one get one free cocktails 6-8 pm daily) and an outdoor area sitting around tables made of concrete slabs or old (cleaned) railway sleepers! Bar Story is a great night out particularly as it's open till late.

Bar Story does some absolutely superb food. The decor is lovely too and the staff attentive but not overly so.

I really recommend Bar Story as somewhere to meet with friends or for a romantic meal.

An eccentric, lovely looking and timely addition to the area, this venue offers an impressively wide range of bottled beers and good value wines. As a restaurant the food is mod-med basic but decent (and amusingly subject to the ever-changing vagaries of the eclectic clientele, the whims of the owner and chef(s) and the stock levels of the fridge).

An extremely friendly and vibey place to eat and drink - especially on warm nights when the large front garden area with its palm trees can make Peckham feel almost Balearic (and that's not something that SE15 is often accused of). Also look out for live music on Mondays and DJs now and then, as and when. Licensed till 12.
