If you get to the River Bar very very early, you might be able to see the fireworks from the windows (although Motion can't guarentee anything as the place will be rammed). The Yacht at Temple PierThe Yacht Club, moored on the River Thames by the Embankment, is open on New Years Eve from 19:00-06:00. Tickets can be booked in advance for £30 or £40 on the door. Marvellous views of the fireworks guarenteed.
