the receptionist/guy down stairs is incredibly rude! The waiting staff are fabulous though the food is average and over priced. Not worth it unless it's summer, you're on the rooftop, you're not very hungry and that ridiculous snotty french guy isn't on the reception!

I would highly recommend people to avoid this restuarant at all costs. The staff are extremely rude and think they are above the normal customer service levels you would expect from a place with a £2k minimum spend! I am truely amazed that anyone manages to make a booking with the hopeless receptionist! Avoid at all costs if you expect good service!

I have eaten here on a number of occasions since it opened and have never been disappointed.

The service is efficient and the food is consistently good. Request a table near heater as it gets very chilly.

What a beautiful place! The service ethic is excellent - the waiting staff certainly aim to please.

The food is to a high standard. Have been many times and will continue to return.

went for a drink yesterday evening, fabulous sunset across urban skies, great bread and central fire to take the chill off the spring breeze.

But what stood out and has already had me recommending to friends, is the service.

Can't imagine more friendly, helpful and professional staff who set the tone, from the doorman downstairs to each of the waiting staff.

They made the evening with big smiles and gentle chat. And got us blankets when they saw we shivered!

Stunning location and views. Food was overpriced and badly cooked. What a pity. Albion Cafe downstairs is fantastic, let's hope that the Rooftop will improve.
