I regularly went to The Bunch of Grapes during my stay in Knightsbridge. So, on my recent visit, my friends and I stopped in for a pint and, seeing the bar full with patrons, went to the rear of the pub. A stern woman commanded that we would not be served back there and couldn't I read a small sign which I couldn’t see. I mentioned she had a poor attitude and immediately an old man who had rather over-indulged started challenging me to a confrontation offering to go outside and settle this.
All this for my asking for a pint!! I found the atmosphere at The Bunch of Grapes cold and not friendly, they had poor food and a very limited offering of spirits.
Tourists beware!
