Chilis Grill & Bar is absolutely crap. The food was dry food, the steak was gristley, but far worse was the service which was awful. We were treated with distain all the way through the meal. Requests for food or drink were grunted at and items were practically thrown on the table.


Everything was too much hassle for the Chilis Grill & Bar staff. Our food was taken from the table before it was finished and we did not give the optional tip because quite frankly they did not deserve it and so were greeted by a very sarcastic Merry Christmas.

Chili's is good if you like a bit of mexican food and drinks. I love both especially enchiladas and of course coronas with lime. I can't go past Chili's if I'm at Canary Wharf.
