what a great place! i hail from the lower end of putney high street and rarely venture up the hill but popped in here the other day and what a treat! The bartender was very knowledgable on spirits and cocktails and even recommended me a great beer from their huge selection! the atmosphere was great with live music from a beautiful and soulful singer. this place really stands out from the norm and doesn't have a single cocktail with red bull in it! winner!

Had I not had such a bad encounter with the rude and arrogant bar staff regarding an issue with my tab bill, I'd have given this place a much better review.
Word of warning, do not open a tab and then order all your drinks yourself from the bar; they will charge you 12.5% service charge for the privilege. (If I'd had table service I'd happily pay service) When I questioned the staff about the service charge she abruptly told me it was right and that they deserve the charge because of the service they provide and what a difficult job it was serving customers. If you don't like your job leave and I'll be the judge of your service, I'm the customer.
In short, they made it so difficult for me to refuse paying the service (all members of staff ignored me at the bar) I had no alternative but to pay it; it may have only been a £10 charge but it was the principle and utter arrogance of their staff that made me want to question it. Whether spending £5 or £100 at a bar, I expect decent customer service and respect for my custom. Service charge is always optional!

Nice bar. Very nice during the day/early evening to chill out with friends. Good selection of bottled beers and spirits. Nice decor. Not as great late at night/early morning but still by far one of the better late night bars in Putney.

A great addition to Putney! Nice Pizzas, good beer selection. And right next to the train station. Happy days!!

Pizzas were quite nice but cocktails leave a lot to be desired.

Wow, finally a good cocktail bar in Putney!

From what the guys behind the bar told me they have something to do with Lost Society over in Clapham. I have not been there, but am always hearing good things about the place.

Went after work on Thursday, great vibe, meaty sound system but not ridiculously loud. Started on the beer's, crazy selection, around 40 different beers, nothing obvious, right up my street.

Finished on the cocktails, bloody marvellous!!

Rounding up the troops to see what the weekends are like. Very nice.

Excellent bar, great vibe.
