One of the best late night places to get a reasonable drink. Juke box only plays metal so atmosphere reliable. Friendly crowd and staff. International.
Crobar plays good rock and metal music. There is space cruch though as it gets fairly crowded in weekend nights. Bartender is cheat and not honest. So beware.
Hi!
We are from Belgium (so, please excuse my English ;) ) and during a city trip in London we found randomly this bar.
And... It's was perfect ! Very good music, friendly staff, very good prices. The jukebox is a treasure for who loves metal - hard rock - old school rock. We definitely miss a bar like that in Brussels !
Found this bar totally by the way. As an old metalhead this place reminds me the times of over 20 years ago. Metallica, Slayer, Danzig, etc. were rolled on their jukebox. Prices are good and staff o.k.
Also bought few lighters/bottle openers for souvenirs.
Recommended!
I popped in to meet a friend and was pleased to find it was a good old fashioned rock pub, with a good atmosphere and good music (even though I'm not really into most of it personally). Unlikely to be a regular for me, as just one house red, rather lame, and served in a tumbler! Good, friendly pub though.
My girlfriend and I headed down to Crobar last week as we were really keen to follow up on a tip about their jukebox. As metallers from yesteryear I couldn't have asked for a better bar. Led Zep were blaring out when we stepped in - what a way to be introduced. We now proudly call ourselves regulars of the Crobar.
