Sat down for dinner at 8pm.
Drinks order taken at 8.30pm.
Food order placed 9pm
Drinks served 9.15pm.
Food served 10.30pm.
Birthday dinner ruined. No apology.
12.5% service added - not paid.
That's 12 locals never returning!

Disappointing! The food is bland and tasteless. I had the reheated garlic and cheese ciabata, which had the texture and taste of stale bread, followed by the the big bad chilli. This was indeed bad, tasteless with equally tasteless rice. The rice had possibly come frozen and then cooked, disgusting. Never again!

Very disappointing evening. Even the most of amateur of chefs should be able to cook a bleu steak without leaving it stone cold on the plate, how hard is it to gently warm it through in an oven? The prawns I had were also flavourless, overcooked and definitely past their best.

The service was terrible, and the cheap menu prices are all very well but they get their money back through extortionate drinks prices.

The service is absolutely fantastic!
The food is very good. it's for those who like to eat a lot for a lower price. All seems very fresh. I would recommend it mostly for a men night out :)

Went here on a sat night with a group for a friends birthday. Margaritas were delicious and so was the food, i had beef/steak tacos and it was very good, huge portions!
Would come back again!

Being disabled I often find the seating, access and comfort very hard to suit me but on my visit to Cucarachas I could not fault anything. Access, seating and comfort were top notch for me.
The staff were so accomodating without being patronising, very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. The menu very wide-ranging, all sorts of food for all sorts of tastes! The bar was very well stocked, from lemonade to spirits, beer or alcoholic/non-alcoholic cocktails. It was like being on holiday! I shall certainly be a 'regular'! Worth 10 stars!

I have eaten here several times now and I must say the food was consistently superb. On offer is an extensive menu with all your favourite Mexican dishes and more...accompanied by a drinks menu with a wide variety of cocktails, beers, shooters and tequilas.
This combined with a lively atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and an exquisite decor makes for a fantastic night out....can't wait to go back!

What a fab place! We all had such a great time and will certainly be back again, and again, and again. The food was lush and huge portions, but really reasonable price wise, we had lots of different starters but the BBQ chicken Nachos were my favourite. We followed this with fajitas, oh wow, they were scrummy. The main problem with the desserts was what to choose, so we all had different, with the creme brulee winning.

The cocktails are to die for, especially the chocolate ones, and even the non alcoholic ones were gorgeous.

The service was good, we were served with minimum fuss, and the waitress was friendly, but not pushy. We didn't have to wait but we weren't rushed either.

The restaurant and it's atmosphere is so much fun and we cant wait to go back.
