Passed by here over the weekend after visiting the Excel Center...wasn't expecting loads but was completely bowled over by the choice behind the bar and the delicious menu. I just had a salad (trying to be healthy!) but the content was amazing especially the dressing! It was also busy but that didn't stop me feeling like a valued customer! Good job all round!

I am a local and the Fox at Excel never fails to please. I stopped by for coffee with a friend and was bowled over by the amount of scummy desserts on offer.....not good for my diet but well worth the sacrifice and though it was really busy that day - the bar staff could not have been more helpful! There is always a good mix of mid to late 20 year olds that add to the constant buzz of the venue.
Might try the Foxy Friday music night this week and keep you posted?

Change of the food menu was a great idea, my favourite dish - meditterean chicken baguette - yammmi! The've just started FoxyFridays <--- every Friday from 8PM till 2AM Dj playing club music, entrance free, free shot for the first lucky ones....
What's not to like? :D

Shocking! Nacho and chilli, more like bag of dorittos and sause. Where was the chilli! Came out cold, sent it back, came back warm, that meaning everything, dorittos and salsa sauce. Avoid!

Looks ok from the outside and not bad inside. The drinks a friend and I purchased appeared flat. We also ordered chicken and bacon melt burgers which did taste average to ok. Unfortunately Fox at ExCel has to take the blame for the severe bout of food poisoning we suffered. Within hours of visiting we both suffered severe stomach problems and sickness. This was the only place that we both ate and drank the same things.

Top Marks! For a fantastic place, From the time we arrived to the time we left the service was excellent, professional and very friendly. The food was also excellent, very fresh, from our starter to our main meal. We didn't have to wait long to be served and to our surprise it was cheap. We didn't want to go home! Great time! Was 29/12 2009we will certainly be back.

If you're a visitor to Excel then I recommend a visit to Fox@Excel. It's an immaculate restaurant and I know it sounds funny but their salads are amazing! There's a few nice places in The Docklands now but this is still worth a visit.

I thought the Fox @ ExCel would be a city boys place with not much atmosphere, espcially as it's so large. But I liked it very much. The beers are good and the bar food is also top notch. I would be more than happy to come to Fox @ ExCel with my mates or my mum and dad.
