been to Frankie & Bennys at The O2 a few time's, all the time's we have been we have had a great service from all member's of staff. Have to wait a while for food especially at busy time's but service is good! food is fairly priced, you get your money's worth!

Unfortunately I decided to celebrate my 21st birthday here, I am a fan of TGI Friday's and I hoped to find something similar to it,

I was very disappointed with the food and the staff were very rude and unprofessional, the restaurant was clearly empty on a sunday afternoon but still we were told to wait for a table 20-30 mins.

In the future I will not be coming back here again, I don't recommend this place at all, very disappointed!!

The 02 Arena is a little dank and uninviting - there's still plenty of bare concrete about - but Frankie & Benny's is a reliable and fun place to eat.
