One of the best weekend breakfast you can get! Opens especially on Sat for this, and I try to go as often as possible. The coffee so good, and that after one slip you are immediately ordering another, just to make sure you aren't imagining this!

The portions are small but high quality, so don't go for a big breakfast swimming in grease do if you want to start your weekend on a high note, surrounded by independent shops - baker, butcher, fishmonger so you do your shopping old school, not cheap, but if you want to create a decent meal, you need high quality ingredient's and Lordship Lane is the place.

Amazing food a real delight. However terribly rude staff and long wait for food. If your a large party this is not the place for you unless you dont mind waiting until 11pm to get your main meals and being spoken to by sour faced waiting on staff.

Franklins Restaurant and Bar is a gorgeous little venue and though I'm no food expert, the steak I ordered was the best I have eaten. The service was polite and not oppresive, so brownie points for that too (I hate being bothered while eating!).

Franklins Restaurant and Bar certainly gets my seal of approval and my parents were keen to return when they next visit. Overall, a pleasure.

Franklins Restaurant and Bar is a great little place. I had the goose which was amazing and a very nice glass of wine, which slipped down a treat. I will definitely be going back to Franklins Restaurant and Bar.
