What a great night out!! Have been on several ocassions now and had a really good time. Staff are friendly and food and drink very reasonably priced for the centre of London. I would advise a visit.

I've been here a few times and took my friend at the weekend. It was the first time she had ever been to a casino.

I didn't have my membership card on me as it was an impromptu visit. Not a problem, the guy checked my details and that was fine.

My friend was signed up in a matter of minutes. You just need id such a driving licence. The casino is small and has a great atmosphere.

I've never sat at the bar or eaten here so can't comment on that. I always find the staff very helpful and friendly.

The Croupiers are great. You can collect points using your membership card......I always forget to do this!

Only issue I have is with the slow waiting staff. It's really hard to get a drink served to you at the gaming tables as they only seem to have 2 waitresses at any one time (at least that's all I can see!).

Highly recommended, 24 hour opening and great fun!

I recently held a birthday party at this casino, bringing 7 friends who had never been to a casino before. Everyone had a great time and they’re still talking about it weeks after the event!

I paid for the Royal Flush experience and was not disappointed. The Sales manager (Andy) guided me through the booking process and made sure all my friendswere greeted and permitted entry with the minimum of fuss.

We had a good time dressing up in our suits, though the casino caters for a more informal dress code too so the atmosphere was not at all elitist or stuffy.

We particularly enjoyed the Blackjack tuition and mini-tournament.
The staff were very friendly and professional, explaining all the game rules and giving us a good insight into how a casino actually works.

The food was good and the staff went the extra mile to cater for one of my vegetarian friends at short notice.

Overall I had a brilliant birthday and I can definitely recommend this place as a good night out for anyone new to casinos or people who want to have fun gambling without going to town with formalities and dress codes.

Just amazing! Not knowing what to expect form a London Casino we were quite timid to say the least. This was quickly put aside as we were warmly greeted by Ray the host who showed us to our tables. We tried one of their cocktails which we just had to go back and try again! - a few times!!Then the games began. We had a very friendly young lady show us how to play all the games which was great as now I can say with confidence I know how to play Blackjack - PROPERLY!This was the perfect hen party for my sister and anyone looking to hold a Casino themed party should definately check this place out!

very friendly staff which is unusual for casinos, there is also a great bar on the second floor overlooking leicester square and piccadilly circus, it's undiscovered at the moment and therefore a good place to have a drink and people watch
