Mindblowingly terrible. Took 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us and bring menus, then when our food arrived my rib eye steak, meant to be rare, was burned to a crisp with large chunks of inedible gristle. When I brought this up with the waitress I was met with the smarmiest, rudest manager I have ever come across in my 30 years of eating out regularly. My wife's onion soup came cold and the croque monsieur we ordered for our young child never came at all, we got no explanation only embarrassed shrugs from the staff. When we refused to pay the 12.5% tip which is automatically included in the bill the waitress simply did not understand and once again the manager arrived to begrudgingly alter our bill.

A truly overpriced, badly staffed, shameful establishment. Judging by the poor reviews on other sites I am not the only one to think so.
