One of the worst pubs in Soho!

My friends and I popped in for a quick drink only to find an empty pub with two of the most miserable bar staff I've ever seen. Firstly, the barmaid served us the wrong drinks, then she overcharged us, even after we'd pointed out the mistake.

Instead of an apology, she called over the manager and both of them started telling us off 'not being clear enough'. No wonder they were empty.

This is one of the worst pubs i've visited in quite a while!
Although the pub is quaint and has charisma, the barmaid has an attitude problem and obviously has no customer service skills!! What ever happened to 'the customer is always right'? It's a shame as the pub does have potential without that employee, but I, nor my collegues will be returning.

The Golden Lion is a great little venue - perfect for after work drinks as me and my colleagues have discovered! The Golden Lion also has some quality live music on a Sunday - something that's definitely worth a trip to see.
