as a stranger in woodgreen the customers & staff made me feel very welcome indeed.

I just don't understand how someone can recommend the Goose.

This has got to be the worst pub in all of Wood Green, I wouldn't even step inside it if I was paid. It is just full of old alcoholics and the dregs of Wood Green society, which is quite an achievement. I should know have worked opposite in River Park House for several years and walked past it every day and seen the state of it. Avoid at all costs.
