Hendricks Gin Cocktails

When it comes to cocktails, Hendricks gin is one of the brands leading the pack for innovative cocktail recipes with a refreshing twist.

  • Hendricks Mule
    In a Collins glass layer crushed ice, wafer thin cucumber slices and torn mint leaves. Add a large (50ml) shot of Hendricks gin, a squeeze of lemon juice and stir. Add two dashes of elderflower cordial and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
  • Hendricks Martini
    Into a shaker filled with two thirds ice add a large (50ml) shot of Hendricks gin and half a small shot of dry vermouth. Stir well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sliver of cucumber.
  • Hendricks Leaf
    In a shaker muddle three wedges of melon and three wedges of cucumber, then add ice, a large (50ml) shot of Hendricks gin, half a small shot (25ml) of melon schnapps and a small shot of sugar syrup. Shake well and strain into a Martini glass.
  • Apple and Apricot Martini
    In a shaker filled with two thirds ice add two slices of cucumber, a small (25ml) shot of Hendricks gin, a small shot of apricot brandy, a small shot of apricot jam and a small shot of apple juice. Shake well and strain into a Martini glass.
  • Hendricks Bramble
    Fill a large tumbler with crushed ice, then add a large (50ml) shot of Hendricks gin, one and a half small (25ml) shots of fresh lemon juice, half a small shot of sugar syrup and stir. Add more ice, then drizzle half a small shot of creme de mure over the top. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a blackberry.
  • Hendricks Flower
    In a shaker filled with two thirds ice, add two dashes of rosewater. Stir and strain away any remaining rosewater. Next, add a large (50ml) shot and a half of Hendricks gin and two dashes of elderflower cordial. Shake and strain into a Martini glass.
  • Gin Lime Leaf Martini
    Muddle a kaffir lime leaf and wedge of cucumber in a cocktail shaker, then add a large (50ml) shot of apple juice, a large shot of Hendricks gin, half a small (25ml) shot of sugar syrup, shake and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with another kaffir lime leaf.
  • Hendricks Gimlet
    Into a shaker filled with two thirds ice add a large (50ml) shot of Hendricks gin, a large shot of lime cordial and half a small shot of water. Stir well and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
  • Jacuzzi
    Fill a cocktail shaker with two thirds ice, add a small (25ml) shot of Archers, half a small shot of Hendricks gin, a small shot of orange juice, then shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with champagne and garnish with a peach slice.
  • Settle Petal
    Fill a shaker with two thirds ice then add a small shot (25ml) and a half of Hendricks gin, a small shot of Polstar cucumber vodka, half a small shot of rosewater and a dash of vanilla syrup. Shake and strain into a Martini glass.
