Traveler from Boston - I've been to the Hereford Arms several times and have never been disappointed. the Food quality is very good, the staff friendly and welcoming, and they serve Fullers...what more is there to say?

Great pub, great atmosphere and guests feel very well looked after by the landlord as well as staff. The pub is now a local for a lot of people who work in the area and appreciate the new landlord as well as the fantastic 'no under 21' rule. One of the better pubs in London

I would advice people not to go that pub. The management is horrific. They don't have any people skills, or business knowledge. I went to the pub to have a drink and use internet, as they write all over the place "free wi-fi". I sat down on a table where I could plug my computer and use it while having my drink. The internet stopped working and they didn't bother to try to find the problem. After trying to make it work, the manager came out and shouted at me "you have to unplug your computer now! I'm not supplying power to customers" with a very bad attitude. After trying to get him to understand, he just kept with the attitude. No wonder the pub was nearly empty at lunch time. What a lack of education. Don't go to that place!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at the Hereford...maybe you were a little snippy about the wifi...I've been to a lot of pubs where the wifi wasn't working...big deal...seriously. The reason it probably wasn't working was due to too many people using it at once...get a life...and a pint...which is what you are supposed to do at a pub, for pete's sake.

You clearly didn't read the post correctly.

My problem was not that the wi-fi wasn't working. It was the very unprofessional and rude manager who shouted at me for "plugging my computer on the power point" and then his aggression towards me. Very uneducated person who should not be allowed to run a pub. By the way, there's no way the internet wasn't working because "too many people" were using it. There was barely anyone on the pub, no wonder why. It's simple... You don't shout at customers, you don't treat people like that, and get over the few pennies that's gonna cost charging the laptop... I could have had more drinks and spent more money!

I watched most of the world cup at the Hereford Arms, and I must say the atmosphere was fantastic. The landlord fought his way to the bar and bought us a round of drinks and I also must mention this very generous move does not happen often. Also, me and my pals were not the only lucky people to be treated with such generosity.

Many thanks to the Hereford Arms, I think this place is well worth a visit.

The Hereford Arms has a nice, local feel together with a darkish atmosphere and low light. I think it is wonderful that an unpretentious, cosy place like this figures in South Kensington. To sum up, this is an intimate friendly place where you are sure to have a good time.

Hereford Arms pub is the place to enjoy good food especially the traditional fish and chips and a place to meet friendly staff and customers alike.
