Hix Restaurant and Champagne Bar has been designed by Sir Terence Conran and will feature art by Tracey Emin alongside other leading British artists. A variety of British dishes will be served as well as afternoon tea and Mark's Snax. The 90 cover restaurant also boasts a crustacean bar.
