The Hoop and Grapes is a 17th century building made of wood and is one of the few buildings which survived the Great Fire of London in 1666. It is the only timber-framed building left in the city. The Hoop and Grapes serves a choice of real ales and food in a spacious bar and restaurant area. In fine weather additional outdoor seating is provided on the pavement area.
