Lets face the facts here, about Jazzmins. From what I have seen in the club, form decor, toilets to the clientelle, its all shoddy and slap bang. I recently went around to Jazzmins with some old friends, in the hope to find it was better than it was a few months before, as another friend told me they had made a few changes, well these changes included, a bit of paint in the ladies(all black), and a coat of paint on the stairs,"this is just not enough" obviously the owner just point blank refuses to put even the tiniest amount of capital, into making his venue, anything but decent. This seeming as the case, why not just close the place down, or at the very least sell it to someone, who is prepared to do what it takes, to finally give Bromley a decent venue, with a great atmosphere, good music, and respectable clientele.

Lets say something similar to what Jazzmins used to be back in the day, when I used to hang out there 4 or 5 years ago. So come on owner, get your ass in gear and save Jazzmins, and restore it to its former Glory, yes it will take a little cash, but what you put in is always what you get out. I am a nightclub promoter, interior designer, so take it from me Jazzmins has a history and a lot of potential to be great, but just not the way it is now. I would assume that at the moment you are barely scrapping the bottom of the barrel to keep the place open.

Ok! I know I did not sound very enthusiastic, and leaned more towards the negative about Jazzmins, but I want my old Jazzmins back and I want it now. Ex Patron Jazzmins

Here is what should be done, "owner" get rid of the current manager, he is the biggest idiot a man of 50 odd should not be running a nightclub, and trying to make the place with his own personal style, we don't want to hear his 80's music, truth is Jazzmins is an all in crowd of young people between the ages of 18 and 26, what we need is someone younger that cares about what the clientele want and not a manager who is so insistent on doing his own thing will you only realize how he is destroying your business, when the doors are closed due to bankruptcy, because of a totally incompetent manager who by my terms has absolutely no idea what the hell is doing, I have the right to say what I am saying as I myself am the gm for a very successful nightclub, Our success has been based on what the client wants and a whole lot of customer service, I go into Jazzmins from time to time to see how they are doing and in this past week I decided to frequent the venue on every night they were open last week, and let me tell you every night was emptier than the night before. Get rid of mr incompetent or your business will surely close its doors.

Previous reviewers must've been to another Jazzmins in Bromley, as their descriptions certainly do not refer to the Jazzmins I know, and subsequently, love!

When I say love, what I really mean is hate. This place is an abomination, a stain on the ever descending canvas that Bromley seems to represent.

Having been dragged there recently by a 'date' who used to be part of their illustrious bar staff, things quickly became apparent that this place was the type of establishment I was not accustomed to.

I put my jacket in their cloakroom, headed back downstairs and endured an evening with the type of clientele that are only ever seen in the wee hours. Middle aged women being hounded by men of all ages.

I would rather spend an evening in Helmand Province than have to endure a further second in this toilet. Those that go there do so at their peril.

Overbearing doormen?! The doormen are all lovely fellas and are differnatly needed to be 'overbearing' on some occasions.

Lets not forget we are dealing with a club in bromley! Rubbish barstafff?

The barstaff are all lovely people, these are the people that seem to bring in the regulars every week, due to their kindness and enthusiasm.

Like drinking with chavs?! No comment! And again we are talking about bromley here! Relaxed atmosphere?!

If your looking for a relaxed atmosphere why take yourself to a nightclub!

Good music?! All of the djs at the club are great, they try to play a variety of music, Rnb, Hip Hop, Drum n Bass, Garage, Indiein my opinion the music and staff are what brings the club to life and brings the regulars back every week.

Went last night with 4 female friends and sadly Jazzmins lived up to all the poor ratings I had read on the internet!

Free entry before 11 (and cheaper drinks), so we arrived at bout 10.45. When you go throught the main doors you step straight onto the dance floor, where there was about 5 people! The room could not have felt more bare with a bar shoved over in the back corner.

Upstairs we progressed into the 'chillout area', where there was very limited seating in a simliarly bare room. All round the room are mirrors like a dance studio, and the decor could not have been worse!! Me and another mate made the mistake of going to the toilets which were filthy!

All in all, don't go here unless you really have to!!

I've spent many a good night in Jazzmins back in the day (pre 2007). It's still £5 entry but once you're in the place it's as if you're guilty until proven innocent (sometimes proof isn't enough!).

It used to be a fun place to go after normal closing time. On Saturday 23rd Aug I found myself in this dive and got a round of pints in before deciding I needed a piss.

Our group was upstairs so I walked over to the excuse of a toilet in the far left corner on the first floor, finding a room full of guys pissing into the commual urinal and one leaving the privacy of the cubical.

I took my chance to use the private toilet... I barely had enough time to close the door before two men forced their way in and asked me to follow them back downstairs.

One had an ear piece, smart shirt and extras that screamed 'management' at me and the other had larger than average muscles. After being led through the whole club by these two morons I was told at the front door that,"I was seen on CCTV doing drugs in the toilet".

"That's refreshing!" I thought, seeing as I didn't even have time to close the door and have a piss in there!! So there I was, talking to the outside bouncer (not his fault) having spent money getting in and buying a round not having had a piss then walking the 5 miles home on my jack.

Thank you Jazzmins new management! You really know how to turn a place from a 'fun post-pub club' into an 'upthemselves, two-storey, scrapheap'.

I'm sure that the 'evidence' of my drug taking is clear on the CCTV records (extreme sacasm) so I would be grateful they could provide such evidence to prevent me taking this matter further.

Jazzmins seems to specialise in rough middle aged women, coupled with a selection of wannabe hard men.

They make a heady mixture! The doormen take things very seriously and judging by the trouble gaining entry, you would imagine something rather cool.

Alas your illusions are soon shattered. The bar staff are dreadful and the service is crap.
